Inclusion criteria: *Primary hypertension patients *Both male and female *Age from 30 to 60 years who visited the hospital hospital included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: *Pregnant women *Person suffering from severe mental illness *Individual with active respiratory infections,Chronic renal disease *Hypertensive patient with cognitive instability *Recently ubderwent cardiac and pulmonary rehab program
