Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Office workers who gave their written consents for the study. -Age groups 25 to 45 -Both male and female population -People who work for more than 6 hours in office

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Persons having histories of any kind of previous thoracic and abdominal surgeries -sportspersons or those who are undertaking undertaking athletic activities past 4 years -chronic smokers -BMI more than 30 is considered obese and thus their respiratory function is depressed
