Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed cases of PACS & PAC & PACG. Eyes with clear cornea to get ASOCT imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of laser or surgical peripheral iridotomy and trabeculectomy. Previous history of medicines such as Topiramate , cabergoline, diazepam, Amytriptiline. Associated corneal pathological features. Acute attacks Pregnant females
