Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Evidence of renal calculus confirmed by USG Renal colicky pain (loin to groin pain) Nausea, vomiting, sweating Haematuria Oliguria Dysuria Patients who are willing to undergo radiological investigation and give blood for laboratory investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age: Below 20years and Above 61 years Chronic appendicitis Pregnancy and lactation Chronic kidney disease Bilateral obstructive neuropathy Pelvic inflammatory disease Diabetes mellitus Metabolic disorders like hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism.
