Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1-3 radiographic grades on Kellgren and Lawrence scale 2. Male and Female with age of 40-65 years are included 3. Subject with 20 degrees of hamstring tightness on active knee extension test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any recent fracture /dislocation of knee 2. Underwent any recent physiotherapy session 3. Intra-articular injection 4. Any knee deformities 5. Knee malignancy 6. Peripheral vascular disease
