Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of pittaj mutrakrichra according to classical sign & symptoms 1) Age between 20-60 yrs 2) Irrespective of Gender,Caste and religion 3) Dukhen Mutrapravritti 4) Mutra Daha 5) Pit varn mutra pravritti 6) Swalpa Muhurmuhu Mutra pravritti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Fever more than or equal to 103 degree F 2) Recurrent UTI 3)Patients with obstructive pathologies-Renal calculi,PU junction obstruction and patients of Uterocele,Renal agenesis 4) Subjects having surgical problems of UTI and its complications 5) Congenital Anomalies 6) K/C/O: BPH / Cancer / T.B / DM / HTN / STD / Jaundice Impaired Renal Function and any other systemic disease 7) Renal Calculi, Pyelonephritis 8) Pregnant and Lactating Woman 9) Ashmarijanya, Shukrajanya, Purishaj and ShalyajMutrakrMutrakrichhra 10) Any Comorbid condition

To evaluate of the efficacy of Vidarikanda Sheeta Kashaya as an alkalizer in the management of Pittaj Mutrakrichra.Timepoint: Assessment will be done regularly on followup days 0,3,5,7

1. To review literature about Pittaj Mutrakrichra in detail from various Samhita s. 2. To review literature about Vidarikanda Sheeta Kashaya in detail from various Samhita s. 3. To compare the efficacy of Vidarikanda Sheeta Kashaya and Disodium Hydrogen citrate solution in the management of Pittaj Mutrakrichra. 4. To find out probable mode of action of Vidarikanda Sheeta Kashaya in the Management of Pittaj Mutrakrichra 5. To assess the improvement by gradation of assessment criteria. Timepoint: 7 days
