Intervention1: Lip Group: In this group the NGT was fixed above the lip using dynaplast tape. Control Intervention1: Nose group: In this group the NGT was fixed on the bridge of the node

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted in ICU and requiring NGT tube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not requiring NGT tube. Patients in whom NGT insertion is contraindicated. Patients where consent was not given. Patients with NGT insitu for more than 48 hours
