Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients single segment lumbar affections lumbar disc herniation or stenosis or instability angular or translationational from L1 L2 to L5-S1 disc levels with more than12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cauda equina syndrome, Multilevel degenerative stenosis, instability, Tumour or infection Metabolic syndromes
