Inclusion criteria: Dysmenorrhoea, chronic pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding with usg diagnosed adenomyosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nulliparous, co morbidity, planning pregnancy, coagulation disorder
