Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ACR criteria of OA knee. 2. Adults aged 35 65 years. 3. Patients with Grade 0 to 2 of OA knee graded by Kellgren and Lawrence System. 4. Cases with sufficient complete symptoms for Homoeopathic repertorization by BTPB & Polarity Analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of secondary osteoarthritis due to other medical conditions except Obesity. 2. History of recent intra-articular injections (e.g., steroids) within the last 3 months. 3. Patients with systemic illnesses (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, advanced cardiovascular diseases, or renal failure) or bedridden patients that may interfere with treatment outcomes. 4. Pregnancy or lactation 5.Patients already undergoing other forms of alternative medicine therapies for osteoarthritis or who require surgical intervention.
