Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with grade 1 or grade 2 uterine prolapse (based on clinical assessment). Age between 35 to 60 years. Women who have not undergone hysterectomy or other major pelvic surgeries. Individuals willing to participate in the study and follow the prescribed exercise regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe pelvic floor dysfunction or chronic pelvic pain syndromes. Individuals with cardiovascular conditions that contraindicate hypopressive exercises (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension). Women with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting mobility or ability to perform exercises. Participants currently undergoing other pelvic floor rehabilitation therapies that may interfere with study outcomes
