Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Pain over lateral epicondyle of humerus more than 5 on visual analogue scale 2) tenderness over lateral epicondyle of humerus 3) Positive Cozens test 4) Ready to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cervical radiculopathy 2) Carpal tunnel syndrome 3) History of Fracture of elbow and wrist 6-8 months before 4) Pregnancy 5) Corticosteroids treatment in previous 3 months
