Intervention1: Microplates: For fracture occurring in ZMC region microplate fixation is used. Control Intervention1: Miniplates: For fracture occurring in ZMC region miniplate fixation is used.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with recent zygomaticomaxillary complex fracture. Dentate or partially edentulous patient. Patient who give their consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infected fracture sites or wounds. Comminuted fractures. Patients unfit for undergoing treatment under general anaesthesia. Medically compromised patients.
