Intervention1: Tabata training: Sessions: 3 times per week for 6 weeks (total of 12 sessions). Warm-up: For 15 min Exercises: Working at maximum capacity, exercise intensely for 20 seconds with 10 sec

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject age between 18-25 years 2. They usually participate in regular sports training for at least 1 month 3. Participants with consistent sleep patterns (7-9 hours per night) to minimize the influence of sleep deprivation on hormonal responses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injured (like athletes having muscle strain and ligament sprain) or irregular players 2. Participants with a history of musculoskeletal injuries that may limit their ability to perform high-intensity exercise or participate in the study. 3. Chronic smokers and alcoholic 4. History of endocrine disorders 5. Subjects who were on medication or hormonal therapies 6. Participants with chronic disease such as hypertension and hyperglycaemia, and no other definitely diagnosed disease
