Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Chronic non-healing ulcers more than 6 weeks 2)Size more than 8 cm 3)Haemoglobin more than 10 4)Hba1c less than 7.5 if diabetic 5)Sterile culture on wound swab
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Peripheral vascular disease 2)Evidence of malignancy 3)Active infection with pus discharge/slough 4)Received radiation or chemotherapy in last 3 months 5)Known or suspected case of osteomyelitis 6)receiving steroids/antibiotics for another illness
