Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimum two recession defects affecting adjacent teeth with RT1 type recession defects. 2. Probing depth less than 3mm without bleeding on probing. 3.Presence of atleast 2mm of keratinized tissue apical to the root exposure 4. Adequate vestibular depth. 5. Patient willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. General contraindications to surgery. 2. Individuals with unacceptable oral hygiene. 3. Patients with active periodontal disease or systemic diseases or pregnancy. 4. Patients taking medications or having treatment with an effect on mucosal healing. 5. Platelet count less than 1,50,000/mm2 6. Patient who participated in clinical trial within past 6 months. 7. Non-carious cervical lesions accompanying gingival recession of Class B+ type.
