Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient taking Sulfonylureas based two drug combination and having HbA1c more than 8.5. Patients with type II diabetes mellitus for less than 10 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Patients with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus T2DM patients taking more than 2 Oral hypoglycaemic agents. T2DM patients on insulin therapy. T2DM patients with any significant co morbidity. T2DM female patients planning to get pregnant. Pregnant and lactating women. T2DM patients with known hypersensitivity or contraindication to any of the study medications.
