Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants should be free from any musculoskeletal injuries or conditions that could affect their ability to train or perform tests. 16 25 years age Both male and female participants Not a user of performance enhancers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be considered dropout if player does not attend at least 85 percent sessions or missed 2 consecutive sessions. Have any existing pain, inflammation, or pathology in the shoulder, elbow, or wrist joint. Are unable to comply with the 4 week training protocol or follow ups
