Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Hemorrhagic shock group, Adult patients age more than 18 years presenting with class 3 and 4 hemorrhagic shock after acute injury. B. For the control group, healthy subjects without acute injury.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: FOR BOTH HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK AND CONTROL GROUP 1.Suspected traumatic brain injury 2.Pregnancy 3.Failure to get an optimal window for image acquisition 4. Age less than 18 years 5. Known cerebral lesion like ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular event, neoplasm 6.encephalopathy associated with hyperuricemia, hypernatremia, or hypoglycemia 7.Hepatic encephalopathy 8.Unable to obtain conesnt from LAR
