Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II pediatric patients aged 1 to 6 years undergoing elective infraumbilical surgeries under general anaesthesi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy, local infection at the site of block, allergy to study drugs, or parental refusal
