Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females of age between 18-40 years. 2. Diagnosed PCOS females on the basis of Rotterdam criteria. (subject fullfilling any two below following criteria) Oligomenorrhea And or/anovulation. Hyperandrogenism clinically or biochemically. Diagnosed PCOD on (USG). 3. Females who are interested to participate in study will be selected Control group- 1. Healthy females with samilar age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Females having primary amenorrhea even after 18 year. 2. Females having secondary amenorrhea due to lactation ,pregnancy. 3. Females with structural abnormalities of uterus and its appendages.
