Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed case of Cerebral Palsy. 2) Burke-Fahn-Marsden dystonia rating scale score for arms more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Local site infection. 2) Allergic to Botulinum Toxin-A. 3) Patient injected with Botulinum toxin in past 3 months. 4) Abnormal coagulation profile or known coagulopathy. 5) Patients suffering from unstable cardio-vascular or serious respiratory diseases. 6) Uncontrolled medical illness. 7) Uncontrolled psychiatric illness. 8) Presence of history of recent trauma, fever, new onset neurological deficit, malignancy, fracture

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in upper limb dystonia and improvement in upper limb functions will be measured by Burke Fahn Marsden Dystonia rating scale score for arms and Manual Ability Classification System score.Timepoint: Each patient will be followed up at 3 weeks and 12 weeks post-procedure.
