Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-patients with hearing impairment of one or both ears. 2-Intact tympanic membrane. 3-age group 40 to 60yrs 4-Gender-both male and female 5-Audiometric criteria -mild to profound hearing loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-In patient with infectious diseases of ear. 2-With uncontrolled diseases(DM,HTN,dyslipidimia) (Fasting more than 120 mg/dl Post prandial more than 160 mg/dl HbA1C more than 7.5%) (Systolic more than 140 mm hg Diastolic more than 90 mm hg) 3-patient with associate diseases like vertigo, migraine etc. 4-HIV,HBsAg positive patients. 5-patients with PR bleeding, active fissure, hemorrhoids etc 6-drug induced hearing loss.
