Health Condition 1: K053- Chronic periodontitis

Interventions

Intervention1: MORINGA OLEIFERA OIL: Patients will receive Moringa oleifera oil application as an local drug delivery along with scaling and root planing and patients will be followed up for 3 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are apparently healthy. Probing pocket depth of 4-5mm and clinical attachment level of 3-4 mm. Radiographic evidence of horizontal bone loss. Subjects who are willing to give informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Radiographic evidence of vertical bone loss. 2.Subjects who has history of drug allergy. 3.Any form of tobacco consumption. 4.Pregnancy or lactating females. 5.History of any form of periodontal therapy in the past 1 year.
