Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.active engagement in boxing for at least an year 2.competing and practicing at least three times a week. 3.subject age between 16 to 25 years. 4. Male boxers only

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a history of musculoskeletal injuries that may limit their ability to perform in the study 2.Injured (like athletes having muscle strain and ligament sprain) or irregular players 3.smokers
