Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants scheduled to undergo elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Participants are willing to take part in the study and be able to understand instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who were diagnosed with sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea or chronic insomnia, before undergoing surgery. Participants undergoing other cardiac surgeries (e.g., valve repair or replacement) Individuals with advanced chronic lung disease, major mental health issues, or other conditions that could independently influence sleep quality. Individuals who have had any significant surgical operation in the past three months
