Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Demographic Criteria Age 45 75 years Gender Both male and female participants Clinical Criteria Post TKR Status Individuals who have undergone unilateral Total Knee Replacement TKR Time Since Surgery 2 to 4 weeks pos TKR Quadriceps Weakness Muscle Atrophy Clinically diagnosed quadriceps muscle atrophy or weakness in the operated leg Functional Mobility Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices Health and Safety Criteria Medically Stable Cleared for rehabilitation and electrical stimulation therapy by their physician No Contraindications to Electrical Stimulation No implanted pacemakers metal implants near the knee or severe skin conditions at the electrode site Cognitive Ability Able to understand and follow instructions required for the study Consent & Participation Willing to Participate Provides written informed consent before enrollment Commitment to Study Duration Willing to attend all treatment sessions and follow-up assessment
