Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with grade 1 and 2 knee osteoarthritis. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe knee osteoarthritis grade 3 and 4. Recent knee surgery or injury. Any recent physiotherapy for knee osteoarthritis within last 3 months. Neurological disorders affecting lower limbs. Pregnancy or lactation. Any other condition that may confound the results of the study.
