Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged in between 18-70 years 2. Intemal Haemorrhoids 3. Bleeding per rectum 4. Mass per anum i.e., Grade 2 and 3 haemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: grade 1st and 4th hemorrhoids, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled HTN, pregnancy, carcinoma of rectum, ulcerative colitis, Thrombosed pile mass, Strangulated pile, Immunocompromised person

Primary

MeasureTime frame
After intervention patient will get reduced pain, inflammation and alleviate symptoms. Significant Improvement in the management of Arsha (hemorrhoids) and quality of life.Timepoint: 4 weeks to duration of treatment and follow-up 2nd and 4th week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in pain inflammation alleviate symptomsTimepoint: 28 days study follow-up at 7th and 28th days
