Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Quad speed skating players, competitive players, practising skating at least for the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any upper limb or lower limb injury in the past 3months, Any surgery in the past 3months
