Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 50 84 years. 2. Gender: Male and Female. 3. T2DM for at least 5 years 4. People who are willing to take part for treatment. 5. Stable dose of medication (3 months on same dose)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current smoker 2. Uncontrolled medical condition (e.g., cancer) 3. Myocardial infarction or stroke within the previous 12 months 5. History of glaucoma or retinopathy 6. Chronic respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases. 7. Previous thorax injury
