Intervention1: granulation tissue preservation: granulation tissue will be preserved in the surgery of periodontal infrabony pockets Control Intervention1: granulation tissue removal followed by bone

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with generalized chronic periodontitis with pocket probing depth more than 6mm with presence of radiographic intrabony pocket

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic smokers and tobacco users chronic alcoholics systemic diseases which can alter bone density allergies to products to be used
