Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with corrected vision. Individuals ambulating independently with or without walking aids. Individuals with or without comorbidities like dibetes mellitus, hypertension etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Mini Mental State Examination score less then or equal to 24 Geriatric depression scale-score of 5 or more. Any neuro-musculoskeletal conditions or surgeries that affects balance for example: Stroke, Parkinsons etc. Subjects that are unable to perform yoga due to conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, severe osteoporosis etc.
