Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Body mass index more than or equal to 30kg per meter square, Patients with difficult to palpate anatomical landmarks of spine, Elective procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to provide consent, patients who refuse spinal anesthesia, patients with marked spinal deformity, patients with history of spinal surgery, emergency procedures, coagulopathy
