Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days interval 2.Age group between 18-35 years 3.Subjects satisfying diagnostic criteria asper SOGC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are planning for pregnancy 2.Known case of systemic illness 3.Dysfunctional uterine bleeding 4.Structural abnormality of reproductive system 5.Lactating women 6.Pelvic pathology reported in USG Subjects with mandagni assessed using agnibala assessment tool Subjects having mridu koshta assessed using koshta assessment tool
