Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases with clinical presentation of primary dysmenorrhoea 2.Females of young age group (12-30 years), All socio-economic status 3.Females with regular menstrual cycles 4.Females with no identifiable pathology 5.Patients willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Female with any pathological conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease. 2.Patients who require emergency medical intervention like severe menorrhagia, severe acute pain, pain-induced syncope. 3.Any ongoing homoeopathic or other treatment for dysmenorrhoea. 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
