Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 20 to 60 Years 2. All patients with dushtavrana 3. Wound with dimension measuring as length upto 5 cm, breath upto 5 cm and depth upto 1 cm 4. Patient selected irrespective of sex, occupation, education and habit 5. Subject those willing to participate in study and produce informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/C/O Specific ulcers like lepromatous ulcer, malignant ulcer and tubercular ulcers. 2.K/C/O Uncontrolled DM. 3.K/C/O HIV/HCV/HbsAg +ve Patient. 4.Following ulcer will be excluded, Compound fracture, Ischemic Ulcer, Neurogenic ulcer, Vericose ulcer, Arterial ulcer 5.Immunocompromised patient. 6.Pregnant women and Lactating mother.

MeasureTime frame
To study the shodhana and ropana effect of Palash Beej Kalka lepa in infected wound when applied locally once daily for 15 daysTimepoint: Once daily for 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To compare the effect of Palashbeej kalka and Povidone- iodine ointmet along with H202 in the management of Dushtavrana within 15 days of treatment. 2) To assess improvement by signs, prognosis and gradation of assessment criteria 3) To reduce discomfort and complaint of patient 4) To achieve outcome in 15 days.Timepoint: Once daily for 15 days
