Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Apparently healthy individuals between age of 18-70 years will be selected in phase 1 of trial -Patients with Vata, pitta, kapha vitiation assessed by Tridosha Diagnosis scale will be selected in 2nd phase of study

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with known history of endocrinopathies. -Patients suffering from acute illness. -Patients suffering from chronic kidney diseases, cardiac illnesses, coagulopathies, liver diseases, psychological illnesses. -Patients under Antiplatelets, Anticoagulant therapy. -Patients with
