Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting sign and symptoms of janu sandhigata vata like shoola,shootha,sandhi sputana,akunchana prasarana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes,Cancer,Tuberculosis, Hemorrhoids and fissure in ano.
