Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all COPD patients (newly or previously diagnosed) attending the respiratory OPD who are Willing to provide written, informed consent Spirometry confirmed case of COPD with GOLD grade 3-4 as per GOLD guideline 2024 Patient must be off loop-diuretics for at least 72 hours prior to enrolment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with concomitant respiratory and cardiac disease other than heart failure with preserved ejection fraction
