Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having hypertension with chronic kidney disease. Patients having serum creatinine less than 5mg/dl. Patients with blood urea less than 85mg/dl. Patients who are fit for basthi karma. Patients between age group 20-70 yr. Who sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Multi organ dysfunction and admitted in ICU. Garbhini(Pregnant women), soothika(Lactating women). Who are not fit for basti karma
