Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for double lumen endotracheal tube intubation for one lung ventilation 2. Patients giving informed written consent 3. Patients of either gender of age 18 to 60 4. Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists ASA Class I,II and III 5. Patients with Malmapatti Grading I and II, Thyromental distance more than 6.5cm and inter incisor distance more than 3 fingers breadth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Anticipated difficult airway 2. Patients with Bilateral lung disease 3. Patients with cervical spine instability 4. Body mass index more than 35 kg per m2 5. Patients with history of difficult or failed intubation 6. Patients having tracheal compression or tracheomalacia or tracheal stenosis 7. Patients should not be a part of any other study
