Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI, with disease duration from seven days and above 2. Brunnstrom Recovery Stage of affected lower limb from 2 to 4 3. Ambulatory stroke survivors: able to walk at least five meters with or without support. 4. MoCA score of 26 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of dementia or epilepsy 2. No problems with auditory or visual functions 3. Aphasia or dysphasia that would impair their ability to follow tasks 4. Presence of any other musculo- skeletal, cardio- pulmonary and neurological deficits other than stroke which could influence the performance.
