Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Between 2000 and 2020, patients who underwent curative-intent (R0 or R1 resection) pancreatectomy for pancreatic cystic neoplasms. -Patients who were histologically diagnosed with MCNs in the final surgical specimen pathology report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with other synchronous or metachronous cancer - Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy - Patients who died within 90-days after surgery because of operative complications
