Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with CKD stage 1 to 5 dialysis naive Patients willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients received red blood cell transfusion within 6 weeks prior to participating in the study Current infectious diseases like active hepatitis, active TB, acute liver failure, etc Patients with any tumor or paraneoplastic syndrome Pregnant and breastfeeding woman Kidney transplant recipients
