Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients must have at least two teeth, indicated for vital pulp therapy (VPT) due to caries or trauma, to facilitate the split-mouth design. 2.Teeth that can be restored with definitive restorations after the procedure. 3. Patient having vital teeth (premolar and molar) with deep caries approaching the pulp

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth not indicated for Vital Pulp Therapy. 2. Patients with systemic conditions (e.g., diabetes) that may affect healing or interfere with the study outcomes. 3. Individuals with known allergies to any medications 4. The tooth which are non-restorable. 5. The tooth which show sign of pulp necrosis.
