Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3. Post ACL reconstruction basketball players 4. No chronic disease such as hypertension or hyperglycemia 5. availability of logitudinal follow up assessment 6. Willingness to participate in structured rehabilitation program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age of more than 28 and less than 18 years of injured basktball atheltes 2. History of musucloskeletal injuries 3. With history of Smokers, Hypertensive & hyperglycemic basketball athletes
