The thesis would aim to elucidate how different manas prakriti types correlate with the perception, manifestation, and coping mechanisms related to stress and assessing whether and to what extent the practice of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra influences stress levels in individuals.Timepoint: Its 90 days trial. So firstly access Manas prakriti and level of Stress after 90 days chanting of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra then further evaluate Manas prakriti and level of Stress.
