Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with dysuria, urgency and frequent urination with evidence of prostatic hyperplasia confirmed by ultrasonographic findings 2.Age 40 to 80 3.Patient who are willing to give consent. 4.All socioeconomic status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with frequent urination or retention of urine due to systemic or neurological disorder. 2.Prostatitis 3.Frequent urination due to urinary tract infection 4.Urethral stricture 5.Prostate and urethral calculi 6.Patient with bladder disorder 7.Ca - prostate
