Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 75 years. Patients who are Newly diagnosed with stage 1 (mild) to stage 2 (moderate) GERD. (Fletcher Jenna, 2024) Ability to give informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with stage 3(severe) or stage 4(esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions) GERD. Patients with other Gastrointestinal disorders such as H pylori, gastroenteritis etc. Patients with motility disorders as peptic ulcer/gastric or esophageal cancer. Patients who are already diagnosed with GERD and receiving continuous proton-pump Inhibitors (PPI). Patient diagnosed with Psychiatric Illness
